The Essential Library
In 2017, a dissemination and training initiative was launched for workers' representatives in companies, in EWCs and, more generally, for all union managers and operators. These are monographic dossiers that contain the minimum and introductory information for the knowledge of topics important to personal culture and trade union work.
In a few pages, no more than twenty, we try to offer the basic notions for understanding institutional, contractual, European and international issues, related to working conditions and health and safety in the workplace, multinationals, etc. A useful tool for initial self-learning and trade union training.
