Our training project rests on SindNova's experience consolidated over the years, about the importance of building and enhancing active pathways dedicated to all members of European Works Councils of multinational companies of different reference sectors.
In the context of the European regulatory framework, the training project was born responding to the increasingly urgent need to provide adequate information and consultation of delegates appointed to perform this function in EWCs.
In particular, we propose a path aimed at strengthening the EWC as an instrument of transnational social dialogue, through the involvement of all members, in the acquisition, on the one hand, of transversal and functional knowledge of the roles and markets, and on the other hand, of specific skills and tools useful for reading company changes and supporting the social dialogue underlying them.
The training includes modules of theoretical and practical nature, as a reference point to consolidate a competence/capacity better oriented to positively manage the international labor relations system. The training proposal also supports the idea that workers and human resource managers represent key resources to be trained together, in order to make more effective the exercise of their functions of representation, information, consultation and participation in dialogue with the management of the multinational companies of reference. The implementation of training paths involving both roles present in the company is strongly recommended.
- Ongoing support: we accompany our clients at all stages of the process, from initial planning to closing negotiations, providing practical and operational tools.
This service builds on SindNova's years of experience on the issue and in diverse sectors and is an essential support for those working in HR or in union representation roles, combining legal, organizational and strategic skills to maximize the effectiveness of social dialogue in an international context.
